Privacy
Policy

How we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

Provisional — Pending Review

This policy describes what our website and systems actually do today. It has not yet been reviewed by Sam Ing or a lawyer. As a regulated finance business, we intend to have it formally reviewed and approved — until then, treat this as an accurate but provisional description of our data practices, not a final legal document.

What We Collect

Information you
provide to us

When you submit an enquiry form or download a guide on this site, we collect the details you provide — typically your name, email address, phone number, loan type, and any message you include.

We also automatically capture some technical information when you visit: which page you landed on, how you arrived (e.g. a search engine, a social media ad, or a link you clicked), and the referring website. This is stored in your browser (in localStorage, not a cookie) so that if you later submit a form, we know which channel first brought you to the site.

How We Use It

What happens
after you submit

When you submit an enquiry or request a guide, we use your details to:

  • Send you an immediate confirmation or the guide you requested, and notify Sam so he can follow up (sent via our email provider, Resend)
  • Enrol you in a short follow-up email sequence relevant to your enquiry, so you have the information you need without having to chase us
  • Record your enquiry in our internal client pipeline (Airtable) so Sam can track and manage it

We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand aggregate visitor behaviour on the site — which pages are visited, and broadly how people navigate. If you arrived via a Facebook or Instagram ad, Meta's Pixel may also record that visit so we can measure whether our advertising is working.

Sharing

We do not
sell your data

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party. Your information is only shared with the service providers that help us run the business day to day — our email provider (Resend), our client-pipeline tool (Airtable), and analytics/advertising platforms (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel) for the purposes described above. Each of these providers has its own privacy and security practices.

Your Choices

Access, correction
& deletion

Every follow-up email includes an unsubscribe link. You can also contact us at any time to ask what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted.
